A Place to Meet God
God desires to transform us into His temple...not of stones, but of changed lives (1 Peter 2:5).
A Family of Faith
At our best, this is what we are...children of a holy God (1 John 3:1).

Community of Friends
As we look out for one another as friends...it is our hope to live out the abundant life that Jesus came to provide (John 10:10).
An Historically Missional Church
Ever since the time that this Church was planted in the beautiful and often rough surroundings of Mount Wilson in 1954, we have believed our mission was to be one of reaching out to this community with the love of Jesus Christ. What once was a ministry of bussing young people from this little town into the Annville Church of the Brethren just a few miles away has became a new part of the great body of Christ when five families took the challenge to move here. The present building was erected in 1957 and in 1981, Mount Wilson Church of the Brethren received full Congregational status. All these dates and stats to say, our desire is to continue the ministry that Christ began here on this Hill though loving, caring, and with the wonderful example of the life Jesus lived among His people, to live out the Gospel that is found in the Bible as we interpret it through study, prayer, and meditation. This takes great care of community and bonds that are not easily broken among us (Ecclesiastes 4:12)...to the glory of God, and for our neighbor’s good.
